When scouting, your post should include:

Post on "eligible" sub-board if the player is still eligible to play for the Philippines, and "ineligible" sub-board if not. (Please see post on eligibility rules). Foreign players who are in the process of naturalization or are lengthening their residency for the sole purpose to play for the Philippine national team must also be posted here.
The player you scout should not have played for the Philippines yet. If he has, then post him on the "profiles" board.
- the player's picture (if any)
- brief bio
- information (height, weight, birth date, age, playing position, passport, ethnicity)
All posts should be:
- authentic (don't make up players!)
- unique ( don't scout someone who has already been scouted)
